I will overwhelm 'legitimate fighter' Jake Paul - Joshua
Anthony Joshua is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-round contest which will be shown live on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" the American and "overpower" the American as the pair came face-to-face to publicize the upcoming boxing match.
Ex twice unified title holder Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Boxer's Mindset
"I plan to damage his features and hurt his body. I'm here to prove my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I intend to seriously aim to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Interaction
Despite such comments, a composed Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - usually recognized for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead attacked former Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "a joke" after the Cameroonian rejected a bout proposal.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, targeted British opponent Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he showed up," Joshua commented.
"I give him credit for that."

Despite saying he intends to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.

Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or faded names since becoming pro.
He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.

However, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of the sport's biggest money-making draws, regularly earning massive financial rewards.

The 28 year old anticipated a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would stop the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly being planned for two years from now.
